(a)This subpart establishes emission requirements and compliance schedules for the control of emissions from commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units (CISWI) that are not covered, or are only partially covered, by an EPA approved and currently effective state or tribal plan. The pollutants addressed by the emission requirements in this subpart are listed in tables 4 through 7 to this subpart. The emission requirements in this subpart were developed in accordance with sections 111 and 129 of the Clean Air Act and 40 CFR part 60, subpart B.
(b)In this subpart, “you” means the owner or operator of a CISWI.
