On July 15, 2013, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources submitted a negative declaration letter to EPA certifying that there are no existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI) units in the State of Wisconsin subject to the emissions guidelines at 40 CFR part 60, subpart Ce. [78 FR 72583, Dec. 3, 2013]
