(a)The effective date of the plan submitted on May 29, 1998, and as amended on May 15, 2000 by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection for municipal solid waste landfills is July 23, 2001.
(b)The effective date of the plan submitted on September 13, 2018 by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection for municipal solid waste landfills is December 23, 2019. [84 FR 64432, Nov. 22, 2019]
