(a)Identification of sources. The plan submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
(TCEQ)on May 18, 2009, applies to existing incinerators subject to the Other Solid Waste Incineration units
(OSWI)Emission Guidelines, at 40 CFR part 60, subpart FFFF, within TCEQ's jurisdiction in the State of Texas.
(b)Effective date. The effective date of the plan is June 6, 2022.
(c)Incorporation by reference.
