§ 60.3049. What information must I submit following my initial performance test?

Unless you choose to comply with the substitute means of compliance demonstration requirements in § 60.3032, you must submit the information specified in paragraphs
(a)through
(c)of this section no later than 60 days following the initial performance test. All reports must be signed by the facilities manager.
(a)The complete test report for the initial performance test results obtained under § 60.3030, as applicable.
(b)The values for the site-specific operating limits established in § 60.3023 or § 60.3024.
(c)The waste management plan, as specified in §§ 60.3010 through 60.3012. [70 FR 74907, Dec. 16, 2005, as amended at 90 FR 27963, June 30, 2025]
