§ 60.2535. What compliance schedule must I include in my state plan?

(a)For CISWIs in the incinerator subcategory and ACIs that commenced construction on or before November 30, 1999, your state plan must include compliance schedules that require CISWIs in the incinerator subcategory and ACIs to achieve final compliance as expeditiously as practicable after approval of the state plan but not later than the earlier of the two dates specified in paragraphs (a)(1) and
(2)of this section:
(1)December 1, 2005; and
(2)Three years after the effective date of state plan approval.
(b)For CISWIs in the incinerator subcategory and ACIs that commenced construction after November 30, 1999, but on or before June 4, 2010 or that commenced reconstruction or modification on or after June 1, 2001 but no later than August 7, 2013, and for CISWIs in the small remote incinerator, energy recovery unit, and waste-burning kiln subcategories that commenced construction before June 4, 2010, your state plan must include compliance schedules that require CISWIs to achieve final compliance as expeditiously as practicable after approval of the state plan but not later than the earlier of the two dates specified in paragraphs (b)(1) and
(2)of this section:
(1)February 7, 2018; and
(2)Three years after the effective date of State plan approval.
(c)For compliance schedules more than 1 year following the effective date of State plan approval, State plans must include dates for enforceable increments of progress as specified in § 60.2580.
