§ 60.2505. Am I affected by this subpart?

(a)If you are the Administrator of an air quality program in a state or United States protectorate with one or more existing CISWIs that meet the criteria in paragraphs
(b)through
(d)of this section, you must submit a state plan to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA)that implements the emission guidelines contained in this subpart.
(b)You must submit a state plan to EPA by December 3, 2001 for incinerator units that commenced construction on or before November 30, 1999 and that were not modified or reconstructed after June 1, 2001.
(c)You must submit a state plan that meets the requirements of this subpart and contains the more stringent emission limit for the respective pollutant in table 6 of this subpart or table 1 of subpart CCCC of this part to EPA by February 7, 2014 for incinerators that commenced construction after November 30, 1999, but no later than June 4, 2010, or commenced modification or reconstruction after June 1, 2001 but no later than August 7, 2013.
(d)You must submit a state plan to EPA that meets the requirements of this subpart and contains the emission limits in tables 7 through 9 of this subpart by February 7, 2014, for CISWIs other than incinerator units that commenced construction on or before June 4, 2010, or commenced modification or reconstruction after June 4, 2010 but no later than August 7, 2013.
