All employees with responsibilities that affect how a municipal waste combustion unit operates must complete the plant-specific training course. Include at least six types of employees:
(a)Chief facility operators.
(b)Shift supervisors.
(c)Control room operators.
(d)Ash handlers.
(e)Maintenance personnel.
(f)Crane or load handlers.
