This subpart establishes the product-weighted reactivity
(PWR)limits regulated entities must meet in order to comply with the national rule for volatile organic compounds
(VOC)emitted from aerosol coatings. This subpart also establishes labeling, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements for regulated entities.
