On June 2, 2017, the State of Wyoming submitted a maintenance plan for the Sheridan PM10 nonattaiment area and requested that this area be redesignated to attainment for the PM10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The redesignation request and maintenance plan satisfy all applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act. [83 FR 14375, Apr. 4, 2018]
