§ 52.2622. Approval status.

With the exceptions set forth in this subpart, the Administrator approves Wyoming's plans as meeting the requirements of section 110 of the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1977. Furthermore, the Administrator finds that the plans satisfy the requirements of Part D, Title I, of the Clean Air Act. [44 FR 38475, July 2, 1979]
