On June 6, 1986, the Vermont Agency of Environmental Conservation submitted a letter certifying that there are no facilities within the State's boundaries subject to the Continuous Emissions Monitoring requirements of 40 CFR part 51, Appendix P. This negative declaration was submitted to EPA in accordance with 40 CFR 51.19(e). [51 FR 42221, Nov. 24, 1986]
