(a)Disapproval. On April 4, 2022, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality submitted a revision to its SIP to address regional haze for the second planning period. The portions of this SIP revision addressing the requirements of 40 CFR 51.308(f)(2) and

(4)are disapproved.
