The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has certified to the satisfaction of EPA that no sources are located in the Commonwealth which are covered by the following Control Techniques Guidelines:
(a)Large Petroleum Dry Cleaners.
(b)Natural Gas/Gasoline Processing Plants.
(c)Air Oxidation Processes/SOCMI.
