This part prescribes regulations for the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964 (the Act), 31 U.S.C. 3721. The Act allows the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA)to settle and pay claims of EPA employees for damage to or loss of their personal property which was incident to service.
