Applicants may withdraw a VSTAGP application submitted through Grants.gov by writing to the specified VA point of contact. An applicant must provide a rationale for the withdrawal request as specified in the NOFO. (Authority: Pub. L. 116-315, sec. 4304; 2 CFR 200.203)
