§ 21.7130. Educational assistance.

VA will pay educational assistance to an eligible veteran or servicemember while he or she is pursuing approved courses in a program of education at the rates specified in §§ 21.7136, 21.7137 and 21.7139 of this part. (Authority: 38 U.S.C. 3015, 3022, 3032; Pub. L. 98-525)
