§ 17.92. Outpatient care for research purposes.

Subject to the provisions of § 17.101, any person who is a bona fide volunteer may be furnished outpatient treatment when the treatment to be rendered is part of an approved Department of Veterans Affairs research project and there are insufficient veteran-patients suitable for the project. \[35 FR 11470, July 17, 1970.
