The General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel for Professional Staff Group IV will make a determination of rights subject to review where required by the Secretary of Commerce. The determination will be in accordance with 37 CFR 501.7. \[61 FR 29658, June 12, 1996, as amended at 62 FR 14822, Mar. 28, 1997\]
