Unless otherwise provided by law, the punishment for violation of any prohibition in or order issued under this part shall be imprisonment of not more than six months or a fine in accordance with the applicable provisions of 18 U.S.C. 3571 or both. \[89 FR 92815, Nov. 25, 2024\]
