§ 1206.43. What are the duties of the deputy State coordinator?

The coordinator may designate a deputy State coordinator to assist in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the coordinator and to serve as an acting coordinator at the coordinator's direction or upon the coordinator's resignation or inability to serve. \[71 FR 27624, May 12, 2006, as amended at 75 FR 66318, Oct. 28, 2010\]
