This program supports projects that---

(a)Provide any of the independent living

(IL)services to older individuals who are blind that are described in § 367.3(b);

(b)Conduct activities that will improve or expand services for these individuals; and

(c)Conduct activities to help improve public understanding of the challenges of these individuals. (Authority: Section 752 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; 29 U.S.C. 796k(a) and (d))
