Each grantee must advise applicants for or recipients of services under this part, or as appropriate, the parents, family members, guardians, advocates, or authorized representatives of those individuals, including youth with the most significant disabilities, of the availability and purposes of the Client Assistance Program, including information on seeking assistance from that program. (Authority: Section 20 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; 29 U.S.C. 717)
