The designated State unit must, upon request, identify those regulations and policies relating to the administration or operation of its vocational rehabilitation program that are State-imposed, including any regulations or policy based on State interpretation of any Federal law, regulation, or guideline. (Authority: Section 17 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; 29 U.S.C. 714)
