(a)The area. Within 100 feet of the wharves, piers or shore.
(b)The regulations. No persons and no vessels or other craft, except vessels of the U.S. Government or vessels duly authorized by the Commander, Oakland Army Base, shall enter this area. \[26 FR 11201, Nov. 28, 1961, as amended at 31 FR 6590, May 3, 1966.
