§ 334.1040. Oakland Harbor in vicinity of Naval Supply Center, Oakland; restricted area and navigation.

(a)The area. Bounded by the shore of the Naval Supply Center and the following lines: Beginning at a point on the north shore located at about latitude 37°48′26″, longitude 122°19′34″; thence 225°12′, 290 yards; and thence 173°10′, 620 yards to a point on the south shore at about latitude 37°48′02″, longitude 122°19′39″.
(b)The regulations.
(1)No persons and no vessels or other craft, except vessels of the U.S. Government or vessels duly authorized by the Commanding Officer, Naval Supply Center, Oakland, shall enter this area.
(2)All vessels over 1,000 tons displacement, bound for the Naval Supply Center, Oakland, shall use a qualified pilot regularly licensed for the waters of Oakland Harbor. \[26 FR 11201, Nov. 28, 1961, as amended at 31 FR 6590, May 3, 1966.
