(a)Whoever is found guilty of a violation of subpart O or P of this part is subject to a fine of not more than \$100, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both.
(b)The penalties prescribed in paragraph
(a)of this section are in addition to and do not take the place of any criminal penalty otherwise applicable and currently provided by the laws of the United States.
