(a)Whoever shall be found guilty of violating any rule or regulation enumerated in this part is subject to the penalties permitted by 50 U.S.C. 3515(b).
(b)Nothing in this part shall be construed to abrogate or supersede any other Federal law or any non-conflicting State or local law, ordinance or regulation applicable to any location where the Agency installation is situated. \[63 FR 44786, Aug. 21, 1998, as amended at 88 FR 20763, Apr. 7, 2023\]
