Privacy Act requests and appeals and inquiries regarding this subpart or about ODNI's Privacy Act program must be submitted in writing to the Director, Information Management Office (D/IMO), Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Washington, DC 20511 (by mail or by facsimile at 703-482-2144) or to the contact designated in the specific Privacy Act System of Records Notice. Privacy Act requests with the required identification statement and signature pursuant to paragraphs
(d)and
(e)of § 1701.7 of this subpart must be filed in original form.
