The local board of jurisdiction is the local board to which a registrant is assigned and which has authority, in accord with the provisions of this chapter, to determine his claim or to issue to him an order. His local board and registrant's local board refer to the local board of jurisdiction. \[52 FR 24454, July 1, 1987\]
