§ 802.1001. Determinations.

(a)The Committee may determine at any time that a foreign state has made significant progress toward establishing and effectively utilizing a robust process to analyze foreign investments for national security risks and to facilitate coordination with the United States on matters relating to investment security.
(b)The Committee may rescind a determination under paragraph
(a)of this section if the Committee determines that such a rescission is appropriate.
(c)The Chairperson of the Committee shall publish a notice of any determination or rescission of a determination under paragraph
(a)or
(b)of this section, respectively, in the Federal Register.
