Paragraphs (1)(C)(v)(I), (II), (III), (IV)(aa), (IV)(cc), (IV)(dd), (IV)(ee), (IV)(ff), and (IV)(gg) of subsection
(b)of section 721 shall take effect on the pilot program effective date solely with respect to any pilot program covered transaction.
