§ 592.308. Participant.

The term Participant means a state, customs territory, or regional economic integration organization identified by the Secretary of State as one for which rough diamonds are controlled through the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Note to § 592.308. The Secretary of State will periodically publish in the Federal Register an up-to-date listing of all Participants.
