Any action that the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to take pursuant to Executive Order 13553 of September 28, 2010 (75 FR 60567, October 1, 2010), Executive Order 13871 of May 8, 2019 (84 FR 20761, May 10, 2019) and any further Executive orders relating to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 12957 of March 17, 1995, may be taken by the Director of Office of Foreign Assets Control or by any other person to whom the Secretary of the Treasury has delegated authority so to act. \[84 FR 38550, Aug. 7, 2019\]
