The information collection requirements contained in 30 CFR 732.16(a) and 732.17(b) have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under 44 U.S.C. 3507 and assigned clearance number 1029-0024. The information is needed to afford a State the opportunity to modify or amend its State program and will be used by OSM to determine whether the amendment meets the provisions of the Act. \[47 FR 26365, June 17, 1982\]
