You may use alternate procedures or equipment during operations after receiving approval as described in § 250.141. You must identify and discuss your proposed alternate procedures or equipment in your Application for Permit to Drill
(APD)(Form BSEE-0123) (see § 250.414(h)) or your Application for Permit to Modify
(APM)(Form BSEE-0124). Procedures for obtaining approval of alternate procedures or equipment are described in § 250.141.
