Every employer subject to the provisions of § 697.2 shall post in a conspicuous place in each department of his establishment where employees subject to the provisions of § 697.2 are working such notices of this part as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor, and shall give such other notice as the Administrator may prescribe. \[41 FR 24121, June 15, 1976.
