§ 528.1. Applicability of the regulations in this part.

The regulations in this part shall govern the annulment or withdrawal of any certificate except a temporary certificate issued pending final action on an application, issued pursuant to parts 519, 520, 521, 522, 523, 524, and 527 of this chapter, and having effect under section 14 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. \[27 FR 3994, Apr. 26, 1962\]
