This part contains PBGC's general rules implementing the Freedom of Information Act. This part sets forth generally the categories of records accessible to the public, types of records subject to prohibitions or restrictions on disclosure, and procedures whereby members of the public may access and inspect PBGC records. \[87 FR 43994, July 25, 2022\]
