§ 0.195. Procedure with respect to jurisdictional disagreements.

Any disagreement between or among heads of the organizational units as to their respective jurisdictions shall be resolved by the Attorney General, who may, if he so desires, issue an order in the numbered series disposing of the matter. \[Order No. 423-69, 34 FR 20388, Dec. 31, 1969.
