§ 71.55. Content.

(a)Citation for the suspension, revocation or annulment of a permit shall be issued by the appropriate TTB officer and shall set forth
(1)the sections of law and regulations relied upon for authority and jurisdiction,
(2)in separate paragraphs, the matters of fact constituting the violations specified, dates, places, section of law and regulations violated, and
(3)the permittee has 15 days within which to request a hearing before an administrative law judge.
(b)Citations for the disapproval of an application for a permit shall set forth
(1)the sections of law and regulations relied upon for authority and jurisdiction,
(2)in separate paragraphs, the matters of fact and law relied upon for the contemplated disapproval of the application, and
