§ 447.61. Unlawful importation.

Any person who willfully:
(a)Imports articles on the U.S. Munitions Import List without a permit;
(b)Engages in the business of importing articles on the U.S. Munitions Import List without registering under this part; or
(c)Otherwise violates any provisions of this part; Shall upon conviction be fined not more than \$1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both. \[T.D.
