All imported beer is required to be released from customs custody in conformity with the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and regulations thereunder. The attention of all concerned is directed, in this connection, to the provisions of 27 CFR part 7 relating to the labeling and advertising of malt beverages, issued under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act. Imported containers of beer are required to be marked and labeled in accordance with customs regulations (19 CFR parts 11 and 12). \[20 FR 3561, May 21, 1955, as amended by T.D.
