Containers of distilled spirits brought into the United States from the Virgin Islands, having a capacity in excess of 1 gallon (3.785 liters), are required to be marked in accordance with customs regulations (19 CFR chapter I). \[T.D. 6695, 28 FR 12936, Dec. 5, 1963.
