When there is a change in location of the brewery, the brewer shall file an amended form TTB F 5130.10, and also shall file a new bond on form TTB F 5130.22 as required under § 25.91 or a consent of surety on form TTB F 5000.18 as required under § 25.92, extending the terms of an existing bond or continuation certificate to cover operations at the new location. The brewer is not required to file a new bond or consent of surety if the brewer is exempt from bond requirements under § 25.91(e). \[T.D. ATF-224, 51 FR 7673, Mar. 5, 1986, as amended by T.D.
