§ 25.63. Notice of registration.

The Brewer's Notice, Form 5130.10, when approved by the appropriate TTB officer, will constitute the notice of registration of the brewery. The appropriate TTB officer will not approve the notice until the notice and all incorporated documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with the requirements of this part. A person may not operate a brewery until the notice required by this subpart has been approved by the appropriate TTB officer. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85-859, 72 Stat. 1388, as amended (26 U.S.C. 5401))
