Net revenues means gross gaming revenues of an Indian gaming operation less---
(a)Amounts paid out as, or paid for, prizes; and
(b)Total gaming-related operating expenses, including all those expenses of the gaming operation commonly known as operating expenses and non-operating expenses consistent with professional accounting pronouncements, excluding management fees. \[74 FR 36932, July 27, 2009\]
