§ 248.10. Appeals from administrative actions.

Any decision made by the Regional Director under this part shall be subject to appeal to the Assistant Secretary---Indian Affairs, and any decision of the Assistant Secretary---Indian Affairs on such an appeal may be appealed to the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with part 2 of this chapter. \[32 FR 3945, Mar. 10, 1967, as amended at 85 FR 73193, Nov. 17, 2020\]
