Yes. Except where otherwise provided in this subpart, appeals from decisions by the BIA under this subpart may be taken pursuant to 25 CFR subpart 2. \[66 FR 7109, Jan. 22, 2001, as amended at 77 FR 72474, Dec. 5, 2012\]
