Yes, the Secretary shall annually review and publish in the Federal Register, after consulting with Tribes/Consortia participating in self-governance, revised lists under § 1000.2010(c)(1) and
(2)and programmatic targets under § 1000.2010(e), and make such information available to all participating Tribes/Consortia.
